1Minimum Age

Access to and use of bdl88 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. bdl88 may at any time request documentary evidence of age and identity (KYC verification). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

2Eligible Jurisdictions

bdl88 operates primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming are legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. bdl88 does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited. Restricted territories include but may not be limited to:

1. Any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
2. Any jurisdiction where the Player's participation would require bdl88 to obtain a local licence not currently held.
3. Any jurisdiction designated as a high-risk territory under internationally recognised financial compliance frameworks.

3One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active bdl88 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, bdl88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without prior notice, withhold any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus balances, pending bets or winnings connected to those accounts. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support immediately to request consolidation.

4Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering for a bdl88 account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and preferred payment method details. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. bdl88 will not be liable for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or outdated account information provided by the player. Where discrepancies are identified during KYC verification, bdl88 may suspend the account pending resolution.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdl88 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

1. Never share your account credentials with any other person or allow third-party access to your account.
2. Notify bdl88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Use a strong, unique password and change it periodically as a security precaution.

6Deposits

bdl88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. bdl88 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your bdl88 wallet within minutes of confirmation by the payment processor.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account that belongs to the same player and was used or is linked to the depositing account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. bdl88 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity raises compliance concerns. Withdrawals that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory documentation.

8Currency and Exchange

The default currency on bdl88 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, wager values and withdrawal requests are denominated in BDT. Where a player deposits via an international payment method (Visa, Mastercard) that processes in a different currency, the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. bdl88 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses or fees charged by the player's card issuer or bank.

9General Bonus Policy

bdl88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and VIP cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail. bdl88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

10Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements apply across all bonus types unless otherwise stated on the promotion page. The following rules apply to all bonuses unless a promotion states otherwise:

1. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g. live dealer roulette, baccarat tie bets) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. Refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates by game.
2. Bonus funds and real-money funds may be kept in separate wallets. Where combined, real-money balance is wagered first before bonus funds are used.
3. Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
4. bdl88 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount (and winnings derived therefrom) if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotion system, or in breach of any term of this Agreement.

11VIP and Loyalty Rewards

bdl88 operates a multi-tier VIP programme. Eligibility for VIP status, tier advancement, cashback percentages, withdrawal speed privileges and dedicated account manager access are determined at the sole discretion of bdl88 based on verified player activity. bdl88 reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate any player's VIP status at any time without prior notice if the player's account activity no longer meets the programme criteria or if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

12Player Self-Management Tools

bdl88 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings. These include daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 30 days; and a permanent self-exclusion option for players who wish to close their account and restrict access indefinitely. To activate any of these tools, log in to your bdl88 account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings, or contact support directly. bdl88 will action any self-exclusion request within one business day.

13Underage Gambling Prevention

bdl88 is committed to preventing access to its platform by individuals under the age of 21. Where bdl88 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 21, the account will be suspended immediately and a formal KYC age-verification process initiated. Any winnings accumulated during a period where the player was found to be underage will be forfeited in full. Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms.

14Prohibited Actions

Players must not engage in any of the following while using bdl88:

1. Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, chargeback abuse, or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
2. Use of automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including but not limited to card-counting software, arbitrage systems or exploit scripts.
3. Money laundering or using bdl88 in any manner that facilitates, conceals or disguises the proceeds of criminal activity, in contravention of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.
4. Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds that result in a mathematical advantage not intended by bdl88. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

15Suspension by bdl88

bdl88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any term of this Agreement; (b) the account has been accessed from a prohibited jurisdiction; (c) the account is subject to a law enforcement investigation or court order; (d) the player is suspected of fraudulent, abusive or criminal conduct; or (e) the account is associated with problem gambling and suspension is in the player's best interest under responsible gaming obligations. During a suspension period, the player may not withdraw funds, place bets or access any platform feature until the matter is resolved.

16Voluntary Account Closure

A player may request closure of their bdl88 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed verification will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are clear of any pending bonus wagering obligations will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following successful identity verification.

17Platform Availability

bdl88 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee that the website, mobile interface or any game will be available at all times without interruption, error or delay. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party game provider outages and telecommunications failures are outside bdl88's direct control. bdl88 shall not be liable to any player for losses, missed bets, incomplete transactions or any other damages arising from platform unavailability, provided that bdl88 acts in good faith to restore service promptly.

18Limitation of Financial Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdl88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bdl88 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bdl88 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data, even if bdl88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
